COME IN AND STAY AWHILE
CONDENSED-submissions

Please Come Back in August

Salvation South's submissions are temporarily on hold while we migrate to a new and improved system.

Our new submissions page will move us from one-size-fits-all to a system that will cater to the specific needs of each type of Southern storyteller—essayists, journalists, poets, fiction writers, photographers, and filmmakers.

Our new system will be on this page in early August. If you have already submitted in the previous system, don't worry. During our changeover, we are working hard to respond to all recent submitters.

Chuck Reece is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of Salvation South, the weekly web magazine you're reading right now. He was the founding editor of The Bitter Southerner. He grew up in the north Georgia mountains in a little town called Ellijay.
